Meyer, who threw for five touchdowns last week in a 48-29 win over Central Washington, threw a pair of touchdowns strikes to senior Kyler Randall in the first half, from 15 and 17 yards. He then added a 14-yard scoring pass to sophomore Richmond Sanders.

Meyer threw a 24-yard touchdown pass to Eric Kimble early in the third quarter and finished 11-of-19 for 228 yards, 127 on four passes to Kimble. He left in the middle of the third with the Eagles up 49-7.

Eastern Washington's Reggie Witherspoon rushed for 110 yards on 17 carries, including touchdown runs of 4- and 5-yards.

Southern Utah quarterback Casey Rehrer threw for all three touchdowns for the Thunderbirds, completing 21 of 34 for 197 yards. He had a first-quarter attempt picked off by Jessy Hanson and returned 68 yards for an Eastern Washington touchdown.
