Salt Lake-based productivity-improvement company Franklin Covey said Tuesday that some of its products will be offered in Office Depot and OfficeMax stores beginning in October.
Franklin Covey already has started such a setup with Staples.
Overall, the company's products now will be offered in more than 2,000 stores, along with 150 company-owned retail stores.
Franklin Covey also said it has finished a six-month review by the New York Stock Exchange regarding a $1 minimum stock price continued-listing standard. The company was told in April it failed to meet that standard and one involving a market capitalization below the $15 million minimum.
The company is in compliance with the $1 per share minimum price standard, although the NYSE will continue to monitor the company over the next two to 12 months regarding the minimum market capitalization.
Franklin Covey stock rose 1 cent Tuesday to close at $1.21 per share.
