After a federal court ruled that the national "do not call list" is unconstitutional, one begins to wonder if they aren't right.
Telemarketing is an essential part of the economy, and without it, who knows what would happen. Already, with war, an uneasy stock market and governmental economic policies that aren't working, do we as Americans really need a situation which could hinder the economy even more? It is true that our privacy would be increased, but at the same time, the right to free speech takes a solid blow. Comparing the little good to the much greater bad, the national "do not call list" should stay the way it currently is.
