WEST VALLEY CITY — The Utah Foster Care Foundation will hold an open house regarding foster care Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W. 3100 South.
Information will be presented on how to become a foster parent to some of the estimated 1,100 Utah children in need of a foster home.
