Girl Scouts in Utah will be taking orders for Girl Scout cookies through Feb. 1.
Each year, more than 9,000 Girl Scouts and 3,000 adult volunteers in the state participate in this activity.
The Thin Mint remains the most popular cookie. Lemon Coolers, Double Dutch, Samoas, Do-si-dos, Tagalongs, Trefoils and All-Abouts are the other varieties available. Each box costs $3.50, and $2.54 of the funds from each box directly benefits the Girl Scout programs.
All cookies ordered will be delivered in March, and cookie booths at various stores will be in operation March 19-28.
