Elfriede Lucie Baldwin, 76, passed away at her home on January 2, 2004.
She was born on April 20, 1927 in Dusseldorf, Germany to Johannes Malinofsky and Lucie Sobiralski. She received her high school diploma in Dusseldorf, Germany. She worked for the LDS Church and the Granite School District. She was a member of the LDS Church.
She married Dennis Baldwin on November 20, 1976 in Salt Lake City.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis, Mountain Green; two sons: Reiner Lenzen, Detroit, MI; Hans Peter Lenzen, Salt Lake City, UT; one daughter: Barbara Ann Lewis, Weiser, ID; one stepson, Dennis John Baldwin, Kealakekua, HI; two stepdaughters, Rebecca Lee Fadel, Kelso, WA; Ruth Elisabeth Beebe, Willard, UT. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one sister, Rosemarie Knabe, Erkrath, Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5, 2004 at 12 Noon in the Mountain Green Chapel, 4150 West Old Highway Rd., Mountain Green, Utah.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Perpetual Education Fund of the LDS Church.
