I fully agree with City Council member Nancy Saxton on snow shoveling. Property owners should remove snow after a storm or get fined. Last weekend I fell, because the owner of an apartment complex failed to shovel the walks.
Also, I think people who drive their cars without cleaning off the windows need to be fined.
