The Salt Lake Jewish community is inviting the public to its "Jewish Art and Food Festival" on Sunday, Nov. 14, noon-5 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center, 2 N. Medical Drive.

Visitors will be transported to a traditional Middle Eastern shook (outdoor market, with the smells of falafel, blintzes, latkes and other foods). There will also be street performances and dancing.

Admission is free and open to the public.

The purpose of this festival is to introduce Jewish culture to the community.
