It's a shame that the Jazz and Andrei Kirilenko haven't come to an agreement yet. Both sides make valid points, the Jazz not wanting to put themselves in a bind that will hurt for years to come and Andrei wanting to get what he's worth. However, I think that Andrei is being stubborn and unreasonable by being unwilling to compromise.

Andrei should put some thought in for the good of the team. Compromising a few million dollars now can mean greater improvement for the team later. After all, Karl Malone took an eight-digit pay cut to go to L.A. for the good of the team.
