Ellis Ivory wants you to believe that he is the solution to the county government's ethical problems. Ivory is the former finance chairman for Nancy Workman's campaign. He didn't have concerns about Workman's friends-and-family plan, giving lucrative salaries, no-bid contracts and other perks to those she favored, including refusing to ask for reimbursement from her former campaign manager who billed the taxpayers for $4,400 for real estate seminars that were unrelated to his position.
