A gross injustice has taken place, with scant public notice.
In the recently completed American League Championship Series, New York scored a total of 45 runs while Boston only scored 41. Yet Boston is going on to the World Series. The supposed "winner" scored fewer than 48 percent of the runs while the "loser" scored more than 52 percent.
How can this happen in America, where each run should have the same right to be counted? I am surprised that the junior senator from New York hasn't issued a call for the system to be reformed.
Something is broken and needs to be fixed.
I have a plan. . . .
