Human: 11 in six counties: Box Elder, Davis, Utah, Duchesne, Salt Lake and Washington.
Mosquito pools (144 positive of 3,489 tested) from Duchesne, Grand, Salt Lake, San Juan, Uintah and Washington counties.
Horses: five, from Grand, Salt Lake, Uintah and Washington counties.
Sentinel chickens: 28 of 360 tested, in Duchesne, Emery, Grand and Washington counties.
Birds: three of 200 submitted, from Grand (magpie), Kane (raven) and San Juan (scrub jay) counties.
