1941 ~ 2004

Park City- Jan Pierre Deyo died at home in Park City, Utah, early on the morning of Thursday, October 7, 2004, following a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born May 25, 1941, in Poughkeepsie, New York, to Phillia Peelor Deyo and Andrew LeFevre Deyo. Upon moving to Park City in 1991, he founded a business which he heartily enjoyed, distributing specialty foods to gift basket assemblers and gift stores throughout Utah and the West. The business was closed this past year due to his failing health.

He is survived by his wife, Ann; daughter, Lisa Jane, son, Scott and daughter-in-law, Serena; sister, Debby, and a wonderful extended group of family and friends, all of whom are extremely grateful for the wonder caregivers and the care he received from the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Jan was known for his incredible kindness, generosity, big heart and big smile. He leaves us the legacy of his grace, courage and enduring spirit. <! >
