1906 ~ 2004

Erma G. Hancock passed away February 9, 2004.

She was born April 4, 1906 in Salt Lake City, Utah to George Guest and Annie Mae Taylor Guest. She married Ralph "Ted" Hancock March 10, 1924. He preceded her in death in 1960.

Erma worked for Paris Department Store until her retirement. During World War II, she worked for Remington Arms. She enjoyed traveling and playing bridge with her friends. She had a great sense of humor and an outgoing personality with a zeal and vibrance for life.

Erma is survived by her son Ralph D. (Elaine). Also survived by five grandchildren Christie (Steve) Dorius, Mark (Debbie) Hancock, Sandy (Tom) Moon, Bret (LeeAnn) Hancock, Cindy (Rob) Hockman and 24 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son Jack G.; grandson Gary Hancock and great- grandson Zachary Hancock.

Graveside services will be held February 12, 2004 at 12 noon, at the Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South. Visitation will be held from 10-10:45 a.m. and a brief service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple.
