1918 ~ 2004
Darline Rimensberger came into this world on May 13, 1918, a daughter of Charles and Izetta Johnson McBride of Ogden, Utah, and left us on March 14, 2004.
During her sojourn, she became an accomplished artist (creating both oil paintings and fine china painting), seamstress (making dance costumes for her daughters), businesswoman (helping her husband, Carl, own and manage Fendall's Ice Cream Company for over 50 years, designing the menus, baking, cooking, and decorating the parlor), and "mother" to a series of pet monkeys.
The family wishes to thank Elida de Robles for her many years of dedicated help and friendship. Also, heartfelt gratitude goes to George Wright and the entire staff of Brighton Gardens Reminiscence Department and Rocky Mountain Hospice for their exceptionally kind, loving care. Their extraordinarily considerate attention to their patients' needs goes far beyond the ordinary.
Darline is survived by two daughters, Carol (Gunter) Radinger; Sue (Robert) Frame; two grandsons, Carl (Zekija) Radinger; Richard Radinger; two great-grandsons, Kyle and Aldon Radinger; one brother, Jack McBride; and numerous nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl who is greeting her with a Tom and Jerry in hand.
