Robert Wells Kruger, 74, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, passed away at home the morning of Feb. 28, 2004.

Robert was born December 18, 1929 to Robert A. Kruger and Francis Wells Kruger, he was raised in Ozone Park in Queens, New York.

Robert served his county 1951 - 1953 in Germany at the end of the Korean War. Robert married Patricia F. Pfirrmann, his eternal companion, and sweetheart, September 11, 1954. They were sealed for time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple May 1st, 1973. They enjoyed 49 wonderful years dedicated to one another. Together they raised six wonderful children and are proud grandparents of 23 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Robert was a man who loved people, he found joy in serving his fellow man. As a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Robert served in many callings. He blessed the lives of members in New York for many years, and more recently enjoying life in Utah surrounded by his family.

Robert lived an honorable life of devotion: To his wife, his family, his friends, and his God. He has been an example of goodness, he is loved and will always be remembered.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife Patricia of 49 years, their children and their spouses, Jacqueline and Jim Aitken, Robert and Lillian Kruger, Paul and Jennifer Kruger, Nancy J. Kruger, John and Wendy Kruger, Christopher and Allison Kruger, a brother Richard Kruger and a sister-in-law Doris Ann Kruger.

Funeral services will be held Wed., March 3, 2004 at 12 Noon in the American Fork East Stake Center 825 E. 500 N. American Fork under the direction of Anderson & Sons Mortuary. Burial in the American Fork City Cemetery.
