SPANISH FORK — The Utah County Animal Shelter at 650 W. 3000 North, has changed its operating hours to 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The new hours are an attempt to help save taxpayer dollars and allow the staff to properly clean and sanitize the cat and dog adoption rooms before the public has access.
