1943 ~ 2004
Our loving mother and grandmother Kaye L. Dudley McCashland Dineen, returned home to our Heavenly Father on March 7, 2004, following a long illness.
She was born on February 18, 1943, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to her loving parents Lyndon L Dudley and Ruth Chapple Dudley. She graduated from Granite High School. She married Strevell J. McCashland, whom she later divorced. Kaye later married George J. Dineen.
Kaye had the pleasure of traveling to Europe a couple of times. She loved children, and had a daycare in her home for a while. She helped care for her parents in the last years of their lives. She had a great sense of humor, and she loved to tell jokes to her grandkids. She will be missed by so many.
She is survived by her children Scott Jay (Colleen) McCashland and Diana L (Bart) Mower; grandchildren Joshua (Michelle), Jamie (CJ), Kelly, Reece, Jenny, Bryce, Nathan and Ryan; brother Don (Kay) Dudley; sisters Mary (Jack) Rudd and Lois (Doug) Wimmer and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husbands Strevell and George; her parents, Lyndon and Ruth; sister Helen Curtis and her grandson Kyle McCashland.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Springview Ward, 3151 South 900 East. A viewing will be held on Thursday March 11 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 10600 S., from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the services on Friday at the church.
