Margaret L. .Peggy" Neely, 61, passed away April 6, 2004 in Cheyenne Wyoming.

Mrs. Neely was born Jan. 28, 1943 to Donald and Irene Falk. She married Kenneth Neely on June 16, 1967, in Fort Collins, Colo. Peggy grew up in Cheyenne where she was a ballet, tap, jazz and modern dance instructor for the Tolerton School of Dance and the Cheyenne Family YMCA and also assisted with the Cheyenne Cotillion.

She has been a teacher's aide at Albion Middle School in Sandy since 1984. She was a member of the Mary Meigs Atwater Weavers Guild and Utah Surface Design Group. She was associated with the Utah Designer Craftsman gallery and the Salt Lake Weavers Store for many years. She was also a participant in the Salt Lake City Arts Council annual Holiday Craft Exhibit. Peggy was an inspired artist working in many different mediums and was an inspiration to others in the art community.

Mrs. Neely is survived by her husband, Kenneth Neely; a son, Christopher Neely of Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Erika Neely of PIano, TX; Bo Neely of New York City; and her mother, Irene Falk of Cheyenne, WY; She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Neely; her father, Donald Falk; and a brother, Bob Falk.

A memorial service will be held Wed. April 21, 11 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, 2150 South Foothill Drive. Rev Arthur P. Ritter officiating. Friends may contribute to Holt International Childrens Services, P.O. Box 2880, Eugene OR, 97402
