Alta High student wins computer scholarship

SHARE Alta High student wins computer scholarship

SANDY — Cody Cutrer, son of Jeff and Valerie Cutrer, Sandy, has been awarded the Presidential Achievement Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship to Northface University.

Selection was based on academic achievement and accomplishments in the information technology field. Cutrer, a senior at Alta High School, was named a Sterling Scholar runner-up in computer technology earlier this month. He plans to major in computer technology.

Northface University is a Salt Lake school partnering with IBM, Microsoft and Unisys to offer bachelor of science programs for software developers. For information see www.northface.edu.
