MARKET STREET GRILL and the OYSTER BAR are hosting Easter brunches in both Cottonwood and downtown locations Sunday. The Market Street brunches are 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; the Oyster Bar brunches are 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

SUBWAY RESTAURANTS is adding four new salads to its menu: The Garden Fresh Salad (2 grams of fat per serving); the Mediterranean Chicken Salad, the Classic Club Salad (9 grams of net carbs); the Grilled Chicken and Baby Spinach Salad (6 grams of net carbs). To promote the salads, Subway is offering an "American Idol Meal," which includes one of the new salads and a beverage served in a special 32-ounce American Idol cup.
THE LION HOUSE, 63 E. South Temple, has expanded its hours to 11 a.m.- 8 p.m., Monday-Saturday. The cafeteria-style restaurant offers five new "meal deals" starting at $6.25 (363-5466).
