FARMINGTON — A man suffered broken bones and a woman received severe head injuries when their four-wheeler rolled into a ravine in Farmington Canyon Friday evening.

Farmington Fire Department officials said they received a cell phone call from the east portion of Firebreak Road. Witnesses said the man and woman were both on the all-terrain vehicle when it rolled into the ravine, falling on top of them.

Fire officials did not release their names but said the woman was airlifted to LDS Hospital. The man was taken by ambulance to Lakeview Hospital.
