Kamyar Pezeshki, 48, passed away in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 9, 2004.
Born June 28, 1955 in Urmia, Iran to Amir Aziz and Azam Mozi Pezeshki. Married Mary Elizabeth Roberts in Salt Lake City on January 1, 1988.
He is a graduate of Arizona State University, and had been attending law school in Arizona.
Survived by wife, Mary; son, Arya; mother, Azam; brothers, Kambiz and Kamran; and sister, Kamelia; as well as many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, May 13, 2004 at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, "C" Street and South Temple. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
