1925 ~ 2004

Lois Call Cazier, 79, was born in Wendell, Idaho to Martha Ann Fox and Ambrose Call January 2, 1925. She passed away May 7, 2004, at home, surrounded by her family.

She grew up in Logan, Utah and attended USU. She married Paul B. Cazier, January 30, 1947 in the Logan Temple. They moved to Star Valley, WY and spent the last 50 years living in Salt Lake City. As an active member of the LDS church, she served in many capacities. She was a special babysitter for many children who still call her mom.

She is survived by her husband; four children, Calvert F. (Carol), Connie (Ernest) Burgess, Paulette (Gary) Hansen, and Sydnie (Greg) Olsen; 23 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchil-dren; siblings, Thella Pleasant and Barbara Fletcher (Santa Rosa, CA), June Call (Provo, UT), Dr. Robert I. (Lee) Call (Grants, NM). Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dr. Richard A. Call; sister, Melba Burton; and great-granddaughter, Samantha Ann Cazier.

Funeral services will be held at the Waterloo Ward, 1623 South 500 East Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 12 noon. Friends and family may call Tuesday, May 11, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary 36 East 700 South, and again 10:45-11:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Park.
