William Leonard Pulsipher, age 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 9, 2004 in Salt Lake City, UT.

William was born January 7, 1921 in Bunkerville, NV to John Lewis and Bodil Margaret Johnson Pulsipher. He later moved and was raised in Mesquite, NV. On June 29, 1948, he married Amy Hardy Allen, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Bill was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served three missions. He was an entrepreneur, working primarily in the tourist supply business, including the Western Village Travel centers. Bill enjoyed family history, golf and traveling around the world.

Survivors include his wife, Amy of Salt Lake City, UT; his children: Bill Pulsipher, Jr. (Cindy), Battle Ground, WA; Judy Pulsipher, Salt Lake City, UT; Allen Pulsipher, Scottsdale, AZ; and Trish Eynon, Fruit Heights, UT; 11 grandchildren, two great-grand-children and his sister, Hazel White, Mesquite, NV. Preceded in death by his parents and four other siblings.

Funeral services for William will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2004 at 11 a.m. at the Parley's First Ward, 2350 S. 2100 E., Salt Lake City, UT. Friends may call Wed., evening, from 6-8 p.m., at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 S. 2300 E., Salt Lake City, UT and at the church on Thursday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Cemetery. Funeral Directors: The Holbrook Mortuary.
