PROVO — Mountainland Head Start offers free preschool services to qualifying low-income families in Utah, Wasatch and Juab Counties.
Children participate in a variety of learning activities and a healthy lunch and snack are served each day. Transportation to and from school is provided in most areas. Some children from families above the income guidelines are enrolled due to a disability such as speech problems, developmental or motor delays.
Applications and enrollment information are available from Mountainland Head Start, 264 W. 300 North, Provo, Utah, 84601, or call 375-7981. Applications may also be picked up at 396 E. 600 North in Nephi or at 195 E. 500 North in Heber City.
