AMERICAN FORK — A 19-year-old Pleasant Grove man has been accused of exposing and touching himself inappropriately at a park, where five children saw him.

He was arrested at Fleming Park and booked into jail on investigation oflewdness involving a child.

"There may have been more, but that's how many we can prove witnessed this," American Fork Police Lt. Darren Falslev said. "There's a spot in the park up there where a bridge crosses the creek. He was down in the water area."

The man was booked into Utah County Jail, and his bail was set at $12,500. Although he is not yet charged, Falslev believes there will be sufficient evidence to take the case to trial.

"He was actually released 18 months ago from a youth sex offender program," Falslev said.
