"Give me five"
SO. JORDAN<! >
- Skyler Call Lloyd was born July 7, 2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Kirk Call Lloyd and Heather McGinnis and returned to our Father in Heaven on May 11, 2004 in South Jordan, from complications of Lowe's Syndrome (a rare genetic disorder), while in the arms of his grandma DeAnn Lloyd, who he lived with along with his grandpa, Gary Lloyd and uncle, Kyle Lloyd.
Skyler's life touched many lives. Although he never spoke, Skyler's beautiful and playful spirit captured all who encountered him as he growled, laughed, played peek-a-boo, and gave high fives. We are thankful for the love and joy Skyler brought to our lives and for the opportunity of sharing time in his life.
Skyler is survived by his parents, Kirk and Angie Lloyd, and Heather McGinnis and Mike Frandsen. He is also survived by a brother Kirk Call Lloyd Jr. (K.C.), brother Cody White, and sister, Jacey White. He is survived by his grandparents, Gary and DeAnn Lloyd, Calvin and Sharalyn Peterson, Robert McGinnis, Lou and Elvin Frandsen, Neil and Maggie Stein, and Dale and Terisa Millemon.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday May 13, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the LDS Chapel at 9750 South 2200 West, South Jordan. Friends may call Wednesday May 12, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 So. Highland Dr., and one hour prior to the services on Thursday at the church. Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, South Valley, 13001 South 3600 West, Riverton.
We would like to thank Dr. Peter Lindgren, Skyler's special doctor for his personal touch and care during Skyler's last days and for his friendship and support throughout Skyler's life. We would also like to thank Skyler's therapists at Jordan Valley School as well as the many nurses, doctors, staff at Primary Children's Hospital, and IHC Home Health and Palliative Care who lovingly worked with Skyler throughout his life.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Primary Children's Hospital or the Lowe's Syndrome Association, 222 Lincoln St. West Lafayette, Indiana 47906, would be greatly appreciated.
