Left, Tom Pisano, an account executive for Ezedia, a multimedia computer program company, gives a demonstration during the Utah Multimedia Arts Festival held at UVSC on Tuesday. Thirty-eight high school and college students from around the state competed in six categories: animation, video, audio, graphics, multimedia titles and Web design. The image below, by Alta High School's Eric Hill, won best of show in the graphics category. Winners competed for trophies, software worth $500 to $1,500 and UVSC half-tuition scholarships.
