Cora A. Gold Dillree, age 91, of Echo, Utah passed away at her home on May 13, 2004. Cora was born Nov. 30, 1912 in Independence, Idaho to Bertha Helen Moyer and Louis Lafayette Gold. She was the second of seven children.

She graduated form Madison High School in Rexburg, Idaho and attended LDS Nursing School in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Cora married Willard L. Dillree in Chouteau, Montana in 1934. They moved to Idaho and owned a ranch and in 1948 they moved to Echo, Utah, where they purchased the Kozy Cafe. She and Willard worked hard and truly enjoyed the people of this wonderful community. Cora was a wonderful cook and made sure you never left her house hungry. She loved watching the Utah Jazz and was Karl Malone's #1 fan.

Cora was preceded in death by her husband Willard; her sons, Mark, Clinton (Fat), and Don Dillree; sisters, Margaret Gold and Faye Galbraith; brother Ray Gold; grandson, Todd LeGrande Woolsey and great-granddaughter Cami Comer.

Survived by son, Smokey (Barbara) Dillree; daughter, Leah Mae (Thomas) Judd; daughter-in-law, Butch Dillree; step-son, Keith (June) Dillree; sisters, Edna Dillree and Donna Rutledge; brother, Loren Gold; sister-in-law, Thelma Gold; 15 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 17, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the Henefer Ward Chapel in Henefer, Utah. Friends may call at Walker Mortuary in Coalville, Sunday from 6 -8 p.m. and Monday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Annis Little Butte Cemetery in Rigby, Idaho.
