FARGO, N.D. — More than 200 Midwestern young single adults from 16 stakes and two districts — some who had driven 14 hours — participated in a Regional Young Single Adult Conference April 23-25.

During the conference, hosted by the Fargo North Dakota Stake, young adults attended workshops, cleaned the grounds of an outdoor live-drama summer theater, raked lawns, spread decorative bark at child care centers, participated in a blood drive, bagged macaroni at the community food pantry and gathered clothes for unwed mothers-to-be.

Elder Joseph T. Hicken, an Area Authority Seventy, addressed the young adults during the three-day conference. Speaking on prayer, he promised the members in the congregation that they could receive answers to prayers.
