James Edward Marshall, during internment services Saturday at Floral Haven Cemetery in Tulsa, Okla. Marshall was killed in Iraq on May 5 when his vehicle hit an explosive device. As of Friday, 775 U.S. service members have died since the beginning of military operations in Iraq last year, according to the Department of Defense. Of those, 565 died as a result of hostile action and 210 died of nonhostile causes.
