Nearly 80,000 teachers will be needed to fill the teaching positions in Utah schools over the next 20 years. Based on pay and class size, what kind of teachers will we get to meet the demand?

When we find those state leaders who make teaching the first choice of the best and brightest college graduates, Utah teachers, parents and students can sing "I'm Sitting on Top of the World."
