"Will Be Missed"
Ardith Bowden, age 86, passed away May 15, 2004 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born January 4, 1918 in Hector, Arkansas. He served in the U.S. Army at Pearl Harbor during World War II. Retired from the D & RGW Railroad. He was an avid golfer and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Bowden; daughter, Elaine Bistryski; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two great-grand-children; a daughter from a previous
marriage, Kathy Sorenson, her three children; four great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be Tuesday May 18, 2004 at Valley View Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. 4335 W. 4100 South, and one hour prior to the services. Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 19, 2004 in the Valley View Chapel at 12 noon. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
