OREM — ProPay said Friday that chief executive officer Gary Goodrich has been named president.

The company, an online credit-card processor and prepaid card provider for small businesses and sole proprietors, also added Nicholas W. Baxter to its board of directors and Cynthia M. Smith as executive vice president for operations. Bradley Wilkes has decided to step down as president and board member but remain an adviser.
