OREM — A fire Sunday destroyed an Orem home.

Firefighters estimate $100,000 in damage to the split-level house at 448 N. 250 East.

The blaze started at about 3:30 p.m. on the back deck, Orem Police Lt. Doug Edwards said in a statement. The fire spread into the kitchen and attic, he said.

No one was injured and the cause of the fire is still being investigated, he said.
