Basque: Chorizo sausage in a bun, Basque steak sandwich and churros.

Chinese: Sesame chicken, vegetable chow mein, Chinese salad, egg rolls, fried rice and dessert won tons.

French: Omelettes, salad Nicoise and chocolate mousse.

Greek: Gyros, Easter cookies and baklava.

Hawaiian: Hawaiian-style teriyaki beef, fried saimen (noodle dish) and shaved ice.

Italian: Meatball sandwich with marinara sauce and spaghetti with meatballs.

Japanese: Chicken teriyaki, gyoza (pot stickers), rice and Japanese cookies.

Lebanese: Hummus sandwich, chicken garlic sandwich, falafel sandwich and tabbouleh.

Mexican: Chili verde burritos, carne asada tacos, pork and chicken tamales and refried beans.

Native American: Indian tacos.

Peruvian: Anticuchos (shish kabob), pollada (barbecued chicken) and papa rellena (deep-fried mashed potato roll stuffed with beef, olives and boiled eggs).

Philippine: Pork and chicken adobo, pork kebab, lumpia (egg rolls), pancit (vermicelli noodles in chicken and vegetables) and banana fritters.

Salvadoran: Pupusas (corn tortilla stuffed with beans or cheese and cabbage relish), tamales, quesadillas, frijoles (refried red beans) and platanos (fried plantains).

Scottish: Bangers (sausage in a bun), shepherd's pie, haggis with nips and tatties (lamb and organ meat with turnips and potatoes), Scottish eggs (boiled egg encased in sausage and deep-fried), sausage rolls, Scottish shortbread, cream crowdie (toasted oatmeal, raspberries and cream) and oatcakes.

Sudanese: Chicken sheia (chicken stew on rice), spinach and couscous, and gema ( a beef and pasta stew with mild spices and vegetables)
