PROVO — Whole Living Inc. reported Tuesday that its net loss for the quarter ended March 31 was $541,063, compared to a net loss of $754,087 in the same quarter of 2003.

Revenues for this year's first quarter were $2.1 million, compared to $2.8 million in last year's quarter.

The company said its cost of goods sold dropped to 78.5 percent of sales for the 2004 first quarter, compared to 80.1 percent of sales last year.

Whole Living develops, manufactures and distributes food, personal-care and wellness products. The company has 70 full-time employees.

The company's stock fell 4 cents Tuesday to close at 21 cents per share on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. In the past year, the price has ranged from 17 cents to 99 cents.
