"Aunt Vera"

Vera passed away peacefully May 19, 2004, at the age of 99.

She was born February 16, 1905, in Eureka, Utah to Edward and Violet Bentley Fox. She worked at Hill Field where she met her husband, Chester DeVault. They were married May 28, 1948. She crocheted works of art for her family and friends, and was admired for her exquisite handiwork. She loved her nieces and nephews like grandchildren, and was known for her gifts of two-dollar bills.

Survived by her sisters, Frances (Walter) Schauerhamer and Merle Corcoran, and many nieces and nephews who loved her very much. Preceded in death by her husband, Chester; siblings, Howard, Harold, Lily and Doris.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 21st, 12:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Rd. A viewing will be held one half hour prior to services.
