"Jimmy"

Our beloved brother, uncle and friend, Raymond Whetman Jr. "Jimmy," 78, passed away from causes incident to age, May 15, 2004 at his home in Sandy.

He was born July 21, 1925 in Crescent, Utah to Raymond and Eugenia Grace Beckstead Whetman. Jimmy was a hard worker with U.S. Rock Wool, also Sandy City Corporation. He enjoyed his work and his association with his friends and family. Jim's imaginative stories were a

delight to everyone.

He is survived by brothers: Clell B. Whetman, Midvale; Glen B. Whetman (Marilyn), Richfield; Paul Whetman (Lois Ann), Cedar City; brother-in-law, Robert "Pat" Pierce, Midvale; also numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Hal B. Whetman; sister, Leah Lucille Pierce; and sister-in-law, Donna Whetman.

A special thanks to brother, Clell, and his wife Donna, for all of their loving care.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 22, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, where friends may call Saturday 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment, Sandy City Cemetery.
