Here is how we can put more money into our educational system without raising taxes: Transfer all the aliens in our prison system to Guantanamo. The state would no longer have to feed, clothe and shelter them.
There would be a poetic justice in this program. For decades, Mexico and Cuba have been sending their criminals to the United States. Better to spend our money on our kids' education than on the incarceration of alien criminals.
