A man claiming to be a rock-star-turned-reality-star has been charged after scuffling with a bus driver.

The 39-year-old man was not allowed to board a Utah Transit Authority bus because he was intoxicated, according to charged file Friday in 3rd District Court. He returned to the bus when the driver had left the bus, however, sat in the driver's seat and began playing with buttons and levers in an attempt to drive the bus.

With the help of a supervisor, the driver again removed the man. While removing him, the man tried to punch the supervisor and told them he was "Ozzy and was going to drop a bomb," charges state.

The man has been charged with attempted theft, a third degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison, and intoxication and disorderly conduct, both class C misdemeanors.
