SHARE Permits on sale to cut fuel wood

PROVO — The Uinta National Forest is selling permits to cut fuel wood and posts or poles for personal use. Permits will be sold through Sept. 24 with removal of wood allowed through Oct. 15.

Permits are $10 per cord. A minimum purchase of two cords is required.

Permits may be purchased at the Heber Ranger District office, 2460 S. U.S. 40 in Heber, the Uinta National Forest Supervisor's office, 88 W. 100 North, Provo, and the Pleasant Grove Ranger District Office, 390 N. 100 East, Pleasant Grove.
