1945 ~ 2004
Linda Mae Thurman Osborne passed away Sunday, June 20, 2004, after a valiant and long fought battle against MDS.
Linda was born August 28, 1945, in Salt Lake City to Elmo and Ruth Montgomery Thurman. She loved to travel, especially trips to the ocean. At home she greatly enjoyed gardening and spending time with her devoted canine companions, Corkey and Missy.
She is survived by her mother; loving sons Jeffrey (Daleen), Bryan (Ronda) and Troy (Charity); her beloved grandchildren Bryan Jr, Layna, Teddy and Sheeva; her brothers and sisters John (Lyn), Jerry (Joan), Sheryl and Lori (Brian); as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind many wonderful friends and colleagues at 3M. She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 26, 2004 at 12 noon, at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Huntsman Center for cancer research.
