CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) — A Florida judge on Friday restored visiting rights for the parents of Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged woman at the center of a long-running court battle.

Bob and Mary Schindler may again visit their 40-year-old daughter after more than a month of being restricted by her husband from seeing her at the hospice where she lives.

Michael Schiavo blocked his in-laws from visiting after finding suspicious marks on his wife's arm. A police investigation found they were made during medical care.
