"Oma"

Was reunited with her loving husband, on June 5, 2004.

She was born in Rotterdam, Holland on Feb. 27, 1915. The family immigrated to America in May of 1950.

Mom and dad treasured every shared moment together. They loved the outdoors, camping and fishing at every available moment, but most of all spending time with family and friends. There were never "too many" for any occasion. Her courage and strength has guided many of those who knew and loved her. Those who knew her will always remember her kindness, generosity, and never-ending unconditional love.

She is survived by her three daughters, Antonia "Toni" (Donald) Benzon, Geraldine "Deene" (Abe) Jiron, and Christina "Chris" (Charlie) Forrester. She proudly had nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Nicolaas (Mar. 3, 1995), her parents, and seven siblings. A very special thank you is sent from the family to Janet Breese, for all the love, care, and comfort that she gave.

Funeral services will be on Wed., June 9, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Rd. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, June 8, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at the mortuary and one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
