Pilot Air Freight said Monday that its Salt Lake station had a 7.4 percent increase in revenue during the second quarter, compared to the same quarter a year ago.
The company said shipments of nutritional supplements, furniture and sporting goods and equipment were major contributors to the growth.
The Salt Lake station handled 2,939 shipments totaling more than 1 million pounds during the most recent quarter. The station has seven full-time workers and one part-time customer service specialist.
