1944 ~ 2004

Douglas Marvin Gleed, 60, passed away August 24, 2004.

He was born March 28, 1944 to Darrell and Odetta Gleed. He retired from Tooele Army Depot in January 1995.

Doug loved being with his family. He liked camping and outings and enjoyed hunting and fishing with Dustin. His grandson Taven was his greatest joy. Doug loved working with the young boys in Little League baseball, football and wrestling.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine; children: Shayla (James) Chee, Mindi (Justin), Dustin (Stacey); grandson, Taven; mother, Odetta; brother, Virgil (Rhonda); sister, Pennie (Fred) Wall; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Shayne, father and father-in-law, Wayne Sorensen.

As per his wishes, there will be a graveside service at the Logan City Cemetery (12th East 900 North), August 27, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. We love you and will miss you a lot.
