Hogle Zoo, 2600 E. Sunnyside Ave., will hold another Sunrise Safari Walk on Saturday, Aug. 7, at 7:30 a.m., when patrons can take a walk through the zoo in the early morning hours.
Participants might see an animal being fed, a zookeeper cleaning an exhibit, a nocturnal animal preparing for bed as other animals are just waking up. Some exhibits will not be open due to exhibit cleaning and feeding times.
The Sunrise Safari Walks are open to the public and regular admission fees apply. Admission to the zoo is $7 for adults and $5 for children ages 3-12 and seniors 65 and older. Children 2 and younger are admitted free.
