Justin Wayne Smith (Mecham) was born Oct. l9, l979, in Bountiful, UT. He was the son of N. Wayne and Ramona Hill Smith.
Justin died Sept. 2l, 2004, in Salt Lake City, Utah, less than one month before his 25th birthday.
Justin was highly intelligent. He had a beautiful smile and handsome brown eyes. He loved to play video games and read suspense novels. He had many friends.
Justin is survived by his parents; his sisters; Clair (Dan) Rager, Marie Elliott, Katherine (Dal) Sellers; his brother, Jared (Ashlee) Smith; his daughter, Milena Karr and Milena's mother Andrea Karr; his birth mother Donna Smith Mehr, Christina Mehr Iacono and 13 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004, at Broomhead Funeral Home, l2600 So. 2200 W. Riverton, Utah at 11:00 a.m. where friends may call one hour prior. Interment at Riverton Cemetery.
Endless thanks to the trauma team at the University of Utah Hospital for their efforts on his behalf and to all those who befriended him. He will be greatly missed.
